Casey Ng is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in fraud management, operational strategy, and process improvement. Currently serving as Manager of Operations Strategy at Wealthsimple, Casey has previously held significant roles at RockWallet, where the title was Process Alignment Lead, and at Capital One, where responsibilities included overseeing Fraud Dispute Recoveries and Anti-Money Laundering processes. Prior experience includes strategic analysis at Tangerine and managerial duties at Free The Children, alongside various engineering roles.
