Catherine D. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the investment products sector. Currently serving as Senior Director, Legal (Investing Products) at Wealthsimple since October 2021, Catherine previously held the position of Director, Legal (Investing Products). Prior to Wealthsimple, Catherine worked at TMX Group from October 2014 to October 2021, where roles included Director of Corporate, Securities & Transactions and Legal Counsel in Regulatory Affairs. Catherine began their legal career at Torys LLP, serving as Associate and completing an articling position. Catherine holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Western University.
