Lauren Gardner

Lauren Gardner is a seasoned professional in research operations and user experience with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Research Operations at Wealthsimple since October 2023, Lauren previously held significant positions at Ritual.co, including Senior UX Researcher, and at Carrot Rewards, where Lauren managed the Behavioural Insights team and oversaw quantitative research activities. Additional experience includes roles at Incentive Avenue Inc., The Hospital for Sick Children, the University of Toronto, ParticipACTION, and Honsberger Physiotherapy and Biomechanics Clinic. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Western University.
