Oliver Squires is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently at Wealthsimple since November 2018, Oliver has advanced through roles from Intermediate Software Developer to Senior Software Engineer and now serves as Engineering Manager. Prior to Wealthsimple, Oliver was the Lead Developer at SPIN VR and a Senior Software Developer at SPIN VFX. Earlier in the career, Oliver held positions at Sky, including Senior Research Engineer and Research Engineer, and began as a Project Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent. Oliver earned an MEng in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Cardiff University in 2010.
