Tyler Meema

Tyler Meema is an experienced professional in client and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Wealthsimple since June 2015. Previously, Tyler worked as the Manager of Client Success at the same company, where the focus is on simplifying investing for all individuals. Prior to Wealthsimple, Tyler held the position of Technical Support Team Lead at Top Hat, leading the Customer Support Team and enhancing customer interactions. Earlier roles include Customer Success Manager at Wave HQ, where Tyler prioritized small business owner satisfaction, and Lead Customer Support Hero, responsible for daily team objectives. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary.
