Rufus Mills

Rufus Mills is an experienced professional in service delivery and IT management, currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at Novia Financial Plc since August 2018. Previously, Rufus held various roles at UCAS, including Service Delivery Manager and Service Transition Manager, where responsibilities involved managing supplier performance and facilitating successful transitions to outsource partners. Prior experience includes positions at BT as a Release Manager and Client/Server Manager, where Rufus focused on change management and IT service protection across call centers. Rufus began their career at Glue Ltd as an IT Support Executive and has held several technical and managerial roles since starting at BT as a Senior Engineer/Technical Operations Manager. Rufus holds a BA Hons in Fine Art from the University of Wolverhampton.
