In tandem, James has worked as a Financial Educator with How Money Works since 2007, focusing on leveraging education to eradicate financial ignorance. Previously, James held the position of Executive Marketing Director at World Financial Group, where operations included organizing multiple offices and managing a large team to provide financial strategies. Additional experience includes entrepreneurship in real estate with Century 21, where leadership and team development were emphasized, and a decade of service as a Captain in the US Army, overseeing substantial personnel and equipment. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Salem State University and an Associate's degree in Military Science from Marion Military Institute.
