Jan-Michael Junell is a seasoned CEO and Managing Director with over 20 years of international experience in general management and technology leadership. Currently, they lead Jan-Michael Junell Consulting, providing M&A advisory, go-to-market strategy, and IT strategy for mid-sized IT companies. Previously, Jan-Michael held managerial roles at Solteq, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President, where they significantly increased workforce and revenue. They co-founded Swuid and have a strong background in engineering and software development, having worked with various organizations across Europe. Additionally, Jan-Michael is actively involved in Toastmasters and the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce, focusing on digital transformation and member development.
