Arch Sullivan is a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience in managing and directing creative departments across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Creative & Content at WeAreFearless since January 2017, Arch oversees project execution to meet high creative standards, collaborates with the Strategy Department on client pitches, and spearheads thought leadership initiatives. Previously, Arch operated as a Creative Director and Art Director through a freelance venture and held the position of Senior Creative at ITCH, where integrated campaigns were developed focusing on experiential marketing. Noteworthy past roles include Head of Creative and Design at Vision Nine, where multiple high-profile projects were managed for clients such as Coca-Cola and Puma.
