David Thompson

David Thompson is the current CFO at Fintel. David has previously held the position of CFO at SMS Plc from September 2016 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Group Financial Controller at Energetics from October 2014 to September 2016. Before joining Energetics, David was a partner at Harris Donald from November 2012 to October 2014. From June 2011 to November 2012, they were the Director of Audit and Assurance at Johnston Carmichael LLP. From January 2005 to June 2011, David was the Director of Audit and Assurance at PwC. David started their career at BDO LLP as an Audit Supervisor from September 1998 to December 2004.

David Thompson has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow.
