Erwin Beets

Erwin Beets has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erwin began their career in 2000 as the Owner of Red Diamond ICT BV, where they remained until December 2019. During this time, they gained experience as a Project Manager and Consultant at Integration Partners BV, focusing on improving and expanding processes, project approach, and administration.

In 2010, Erwin joined Nationale-Nederlanden as a Transitie- en Procesmanager and later became a Technisch Projectleider. In these roles, they provided technical advice and organized all technical aspects of projects, ensuring proper configuration in the OTAP environment. Erwin also served as a crucial support to the Project Manager.

In 2013, Erwin took on several project management, consulting, and development roles. Erwin worked for visualls.nl, where they advised and built customized quote and sales systems, analyzing business processes and providing automation recommendations. At topsystems, they served as a Projectleider, Consultant, and Ontwikkelaar. Erwin also worked as a projectleider and ontwikkelaar for Innovative Asset Security, focusing on website modifications, interface development, and server migration.

In 2014, Erwin briefly worked as a Project Manager at IBM Benelux ABNAMRO account. Erwin then joined Rijkswaterstaat as a Change- en Projectmanager bij Verkeerscentrale Rhoon, contributing to traffic control center projects.

Since 2016, Erwin has held the position of a Scrum Master at Priooo and WeAreFrank!, where they were also the Founder and Managing Partner. Their Scrum Master role at both companies involved overseeing and facilitating the implementation of Agile methodologies.

Erwin Beets attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a degree in Analytische Proces- en Laboratorium Instrumentatie, and successfully obtained an Ing degree.
