Janice Lim has extensive work experience in project management and strategic portfolio management. Janice worked as the Head of Strategic Portfolio Management at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust, where they also held the position of Project Lead. Prior to that, they worked at the British Council as a Senior Project Manager, leading a new software project rollout and managing multi-million pound grants programs. Janice also managed a global sport for development program. Janice has experience as a Consultant at PwC, where they managed and implemented large-scale projects and supported business development. Janice Lim's education history begins with their completion of IGCSEs at Garden International School from 1993 to 1998. Following this, they attended Maidstone Grammar School from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained A-levels. Janice then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Sciences at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2001 to 2004. Janice furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Law in Development from the University of Warwick in 2004 and 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Janice obtained the Management of Portfolios (MoP) Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2019.
