Katja Gray

Katja Gray is a Consultant at OFS since April 2024, contributing to an international recruitment agency focused on technology and diversity. Prior to this role, Katja held various positions at Orbis, beginning in May 2023, and at Cornwallis Elt from February 2021 to May 2023, progressing from Recruitment Resourcer to Associate Consultant. Experience also includes a brief stint as a Junior Marketing Intern at 1HQcreativeleap and a Junior Advertising Intern at MBA, both in 2020. Academic background includes a BA in Hispanic Studies and Criminology from the University of Liverpool, complemented by studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universidad de Salamanca.
