Jonas Thormar

Jonas Thormar is an experienced professional in the commercial operations and business development sectors, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operation Retail Norway at Planet since November 2022. At Planet, an integrated software and technology solutions provider for hospitality and retail, Jonas focuses on enhancing customer experience. Prior to this, Jonas worked at Nets Group from November 2016 to October 2022 as KAM Corporate and Specialist Sales Europe, specializing in the development of digital payment solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Customer Developer Specialist at Apsis Norge, managing mid to large clients in email marketing and automation, and ownership of Barnehuset, a retail store focused on children's clothing and toys. Additional roles include sales positions at Eniro and Thon Hotels. Jonas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Bangkok University International College, earned between 2002 and 2006.
