Nerissa Demoss

Nerissa DeMoss is an experienced Risk, Compliance & Governance Manager at Planet since March 2019, where a team of seven associates and analysts is led to analyze suspicious transactions and ensure adherence to VAT regulations. Previously, Nerissa worked at Deem Finance from October 2015 to March 2019, holding various roles including Business Planning & Reporting Manager, where business processes were streamlined and financial forecasting models were developed, and Collections Customer Service Manager, which involved managing customer service teams and establishing operational frameworks. Earlier experience also includes serving as an Audit Manager, conducting audits in retail banking processes, and an internship at Axis Bank, focusing on retail branch banking operations. Nerissa holds a PGDM from FLAME University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Goa University.
