Juha Laurila

Juha Laurila is the Founder and CEO of Weasel Software Ltd., a rapidly growing Finnish software company established in December 2017 with a focus on digitalization. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Partner at Avare Ltd. from 2014 to May 2020, where Juha introduced Lean start-up and mobile-first development methods and contributed to an intelligent traffic project funded by Tekes. Juha also held key roles at Tieto from March 2015 to March 2018, including Head of Traffic for Government and Municipalities, overseeing a large team of software developers while implementing lean and agile methodologies. Earlier, Juha managed agile teams at Affecto and held several product management and project management roles at Nokia from 1995 to 2010, leading software development for various smartphone models. Juha holds a Master's Degree in Technological Competence Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
