Peter Phillips

Peter Phillips is a seasoned professional in clinical development and drug innovation with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Drug Development Clinician at Weatherden since November 2023, Peter previously held senior positions including SVP Clinical Development at OMass Therapeutics and VP of Clinical Development at Evelo Biosciences. Earlier roles include Head of Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs at NovalGen and VP of Head of Translational Medicine Immunology at UCB. Peter's career includes pivotal contributions at Glaxosmithkline, Mylan, Novartis, and Pfizer. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Pulmonary Pharmacology from Imperial College London and an MBBS in Medicine from Royal London Hospital Medical School, along with an MA in Medical Sciences from Cambridge University. Peter is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians.
