Greg Nelson

Greg Nelson has extensive experience in real estate and strategic planning, currently serving as Director of Real Estate & Construction at Weatherford since December 2016. Previously, Greg was the Executive Director of Real Estate & Strategic Planning at Lone Star College, managing extensive property portfolios and strategic initiatives for the largest college system in the Houston area. Prior to that, Greg held various leadership roles at HP, overseeing real estate strategy and transactions across North America, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific region. Greg began a career in the technology sector at Compaq Computer Corporation and Texas Instruments, contributing to real estate and facilities management. Educationally, Greg holds an MBA from the University of Houston, a BSEE from the University of Idaho, and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University.
