Todd Borek

Todd Borek is a seasoned weather producer and on-camera meteorologist with extensive experience in severe weather coverage and content creation. Currently at The Weather Channel since January 2015, Todd focuses on producing and presenting local and national severe weather forecasts, particularly during significant events like hurricanes. Previously, Todd served as a freelance meteorologist for FOX 5 Atlanta, where responsibilities included broadcasting weather updates and collaborating with the news department on severe weather-related stories. Additional experience includes positions at CNN as a weather producer/graphics architect, as well as prior roles at WKTY-TV and WSAZ, where Todd developed a robust background in weather forecasting and communication across multiple platforms. Todd holds a broadcast meteorology certificate from Mississippi State University and has a strong foundation in meteorological principles from Michigan State University.
