Insurance
WeatherNet provides postcoded weather risk data for claims validation, mitigation and surge prediction for increasingly frequent severe weather. Our meteorological knowledge and expertise combined with our advanced weather data means even the most localised events are now detected. This benefits our insurers by reducing their weather-related indemnity spend, fast tracking valid claims and helping better identify fraudulent claims. We protect our clients’ reputation by ensuring customers are treated fairly throughout the industry.

TV & Film 
We are also home to Hollywood’s unofficial weatherman Dr Richard Wild! Dr Wild has worked on over 250 major TV series and films to ensure continuity between scenes. These include the Oscar-winning “1917”, and the Harry Potter and James Bond franchises. 

Legal
We provide legal weather reports, specialist analysis and expert witness interpretation to the legal profession and all those involved in criminal or civil litigation. WeatherNet can assist in all matters of forensic meteorology for the UK and worldwide and can produce CPR Legal Weather Reports, Non-CPR Legal Weather Reports and Certified Statements. 

Construction
Our data helps boost the bottom line on construction projects.  Bespoke site forecasts help accelerate safe progress on site whilst our historic weather data enables accurate tendering, supports claims for extension of time and verifies cases of damage, injury or spoilage.
