Erik Klingenberg

Erik Klingenberg, CPA has a diverse work experience. Erik started their career as an Accounting Intern at Scot Forge in 2008. Erik then joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Financial Analyst in 2010 and later became a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on real estate. In 2011, Erik joined McGladrey as an Assurance Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2013. During their time at McGladrey, they specialized in audit engagements for commercial and manufacturing entities, with experience in SEC reporting. In 2015, Erik joined WeatherTech® as an Accounting Manager and progressed to become a Senior Manager of Accounting. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at WeatherTech®.

Erik Klingenberg, CPA, has a strong educational background in the field of business and accounting. Erik holds a Master of Accounting Science degree from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same university in 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Erik has also obtained various certifications. Erik received the COSO Internal Control Certificate from AICPA in May 2016, showcasing their expertise in internal control systems. Erik also holds the esteemed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, which they obtained from AICPA in July 2011.
