Mark Morava

Mark Morava currently serves as the Director of Operations and Plant Manager at WeatherTech® since July 2019. Previous experience includes multiple roles as Plant Manager at Container International and BWAY Corporation from 2016 to 2016, and Operations/Plant Manager at LINPAC Packaging from 1997 to 2013. Mark has extensive expertise in overseeing plant operations, safety, quality management, and financial metrics, effectively managing significant sales volumes across various union and non-union sites. With a strong background in implementing operational systems and team collaboration, Mark has also held technical and supervisory roles early in the career at Ropak Packaging. Mark holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Harper College.
