Mike Altmayer has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, specializing in Digital Variable Print and Mail Products and Services. Currently serving as Production Supervisor at WeatherTech® since January 2019, Mike previously held various leadership roles at RR Donnelley from June 1985 to December 2018, including Senior Manufacturing Leader, Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, and Planning Scheduling Manager. In these roles, Mike oversaw production scheduling, ISO quality, safety, and personnel staffing, while ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Additionally, Mike has experience in project development and implementation, as well as establishing quality control systems within the industry, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and efficiency.
