They have held key positions at WeatherTech, including Director and Vice President of Product Development, where they led patent-winning product launches and drove significant revenue and EBITDA growth through effective cross-functional collaboration. With experience in furniture design at Fleetwood Fixtures and Leggett & Platt, Ryan has developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Currently, Ryan is pursuing a BFA in Industrial Design at Southern Illinois University, alongside further studies in Product Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
