Stephen Lipa

Stephen Lipa has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the automotive industry. Stephen is currently working as a New Project Director at MacNeil Automotive Products Ltd. Since joining in 2011. Previously, Lipa worked at JC Whitney from 1999 to 2012, holding roles such as Merchandising Marketing Manager, Merchandising Manager, and Product Market Manager. In these roles, they led the Merchandising Team for car segments, developed and executed business plans for the Sport Compact Market, and managed the marketing and sales of automotive products. Stephen also worked at Fairchild Industries as a Sales Manager in 1999, where they led new product development in the automotive segment and worked with large automotive-based customers for sales and marketing.

Stephen Lipa attended the University of Illinois Chicago, where they pursued studies in engineering.
