Ben Wolin

Ben Wolin is an experienced technology executive currently serving as a Staff Backend Engineer at Weave, focusing on AI-native solutions for regulatory processes in therapeutic candidates since July 2025. Previously, Ben held the role of Vice President of Software Engineering at PrimePay, where responsibility included delivering architectural vision and managing development teams. Ben also served as Vice President of Engineering at SyncHR, contributing to cloud-based HR and payroll systems, and was a founder of Pluq, a web-based collaboration service. Earlier career roles included Director of Engineering at Bricsnet, S/W Architect at Commerce One, and various positions at Xerox. Ben holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
