Marion G. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 when they were a General Chemistry Lab Teacher's Assistant and Nanomaterials Student Researcher at Barnard College. In 2017, they worked as a Strategy Analyst at Quibbl.me and held two roles at the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Intern and Constituent Services for Congressman Jerrold Nadler. In 2018, they were an Outreach, Finance, & Student Organizing for Beto for Texas. From 2019 to 2022, Marion worked at McMaster-Carr in a rotational management development program, leading teams and projects in Sales, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, and Corporate Engineering, and held the roles of Strategy & Operations Project Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Analyst, Sales Operations and Marketing. Marion currently works as a Senior Analyst, Automotive Partnerships at WeaveGrid.

Marion then attended Barnard College and Columbia University from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy and Economics from both.
