Red Lingat-Thomas has held a variety of roles in customer experience and process management since 2014. Red also created training materials for a more efficient onboarding experience, and worked with cross-functional stakeholders to support urgent one-off requests.

In the same year, Red worked as an Account Specialist for Senju Metal Industry Co., Ltd., where they processed purchase orders from different electronics companies and coordinated orders with the factory to meet deadlines.

Also in 2019, Red worked as a Senior Process Executive for Facebook via Cognizant, where they reviewed thousands of content videos based on policy guidelines and communicated hundreds of appeals to Facebook publishers or content creators.

In 2016, Red worked as an Online Customer Service Representative for Wells Fargo, where they helped customers remotely while maintaining top performance standards.

In 2015, Red worked as a Process Associate for Tata Consultancy Services, where they assisted mortgage customers with their insurance, loss claim, account updates, renewals, and achieved a 98% average Customer Satisfaction Rating.

Finally, in 2014, Red interned for the Office of the Senate President of the Republic of the Philippines, where they were exposed to different departments and tasked with administrative and political duties. Red is currently working as a Customer Experience Associate for WeaveGrid, starting in 2022.
