Todd Merkens

Todd Merkens has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as an Energy Analyst at EMI Consulting. Todd then worked at PRR as an Associate, where they assisted with project management, planning, and public involvement. In 2006, they joined the Washington State Department of Transportation as a Transportation Engineer, where they were responsible for project development and management, program management, and planning studies management. In 2015, Todd joined Luum, where they held various roles, including Customer Success Manager, Implementation Manager, and Sr. Implementation Manager. Todd was involved in implementations, team management, and sales solutions support. More recently, in 2023, they joined WeaveGrid as a Senior Client Program Manager.

Todd Merkens graduated from Williams College in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Todd then pursued further education at the University of Washington, where they obtained a Master's degree in Transportation Engineering in 2009. In 1999-2000, Todd also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as part of a General Course, focusing on Economics. In addition to their academic achievements, Todd obtained the certification of Engineer in Training from the Washington State Department of Licensing in June 2010.
