Zona Liu

Zona Liu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career as an Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank in 2012 before moving to Goldman Sachs, where they worked as an Analyst and later as an Associate in the Principal Strategic Investments division. In 2017, Zona transitioned to the venture capital sector, joining SOSV as a Business Development Director and later taking on a similar role at HAX. In 2020, Zona co-founded Ocular Technologies, Inc., and served as a Co-Founder for a year. They then joined Akido Labs in 2021 as the Chief of Staff and subsequently became the Head of Finance before leaving in 2022. Zona's next role was as a Founding Member at The F Suite in 2022. Currently, Zona Liu is the Head of Finance at WeaveGrid.

Zona Liu pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance at The University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2012. In 2010, Zona Liu also took some courses in Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Peking University's Guanghua School of Management from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Zona obtained a certification as a Divemaster (DM) from PADI in July 2018.
