Leo Shipulya

Leo Shipulya is the Co-Founder of WeavePay, a digital payment platform catering to high-spend international businesses, a role held since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at InfoMarket LLC from August 2017 to May 2022, where Leo contributed to positioning the company as the largest vendor in purchase automation, maintaining over 35,000 paying users for five years. Additionally, Leo was the Executive Operations Manager at Azure Ventures Group from October 2020 to June 2021, where the focus was on launching a venture advisory firm aimed at accelerating growth in Los Angeles. Leo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Southern California, with further education at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, and a High School Diploma from Pine Crest School.
