Bruce Mills

Bruce Mills is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience in the Asset Management and Financial Services industry. Currently serving as a Partner and Managing Director at Weaver since June 2022, Bruce previously held the position of Director at Fairgrove Consulting, where consulting services were provided, focusing on internal audits, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and process transformations. Prior to this, Bruce spent nearly thirteen years at Invesco Ltd., culminating as the Global Head of Compliance Monitoring, where compliance programs were implemented across global entities. Earlier roles at Invesco included Regional Director of Internal Audit for North America and Director of Internal Audit, managing comprehensive audit plans and teams. Bruce began the career as a Risk Management Officer at Invesco US, specializing in risk analysis and compliance. Bruce holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
