Danielle Darley

Danielle Darley, CPA, is a seasoned audit and assurance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently a Partner at Weaver since January 2017, Danielle leads the West Coast team in providing auditing services for private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and employee benefit plans. Under Danielle's leadership, Weaver's employee benefit plan practice ranks among the top 30 firms in the nation and is the largest in Texas. Previously, Danielle served as an Assurance Senior Manager at RSM US LLP from 2005 to 2016, focusing on similar auditing services. Danielle holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
