David Bennett

David Bennett, CPA, CFE, CFF, and CITP, is a Partner at Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P., where they specialize in public accounting and compliance services for the renewable fuels industry. With many years of experience in corporate finance, technology, and regulatory compliance, they have significantly contributed to over 100 companies under the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS). Prior to joining Weaver, David owned RIN Attest and Advisory Services and held various roles in leading financial management and consulting firms, including Deloitte and Tyco Toys. David obtained a BA in Accounting from Rutgers University-Camden in 1986 and is accredited as a Lead Verifier under the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS).
