Previously, Dawn served as Chief Legal Officer at Aureus Finance Group, LLC/Hampstead Ventures, Inc., where responsibilities included negotiating complex financing agreements and overseeing borrower due diligence from November 2020 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as National Tax Director at Moss Adams LLP, focusing on tax controversy and corporate tax in mergers and acquisitions, advising on significant transactions ranging from $50 million to $700 million. Dawn's earlier career includes positions at Sidley Austin LLP and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where expertise was developed in renewable energy transaction structuring and taxpayer defense.
