Hayden Chinn, EIT, currently serves as a Senior Associate Engineer in Energy Compliance Services at Weaver, beginning in February 2024, where responsibilities include assisting renewable fuel companies with government regulations and the registration of production facilities with the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard program. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at TTM Technologies from August 2022 to January 2024, where Hayden led initiatives related to photo-sensitive processes and conducted failure mode effect analysis. A Process Development Intern at Spero Renewables from October 2021 to June 2022, Hayden optimized purification techniques and conducted experiments involving biomass reactions. Earlier experience encompasses working as a Classroom Services Assistant at Media Equipment - Instructional Development and conducting research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the UCSB Department of Chemical Engineering. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, completed in June 2022.
