Ilya Lyakerman

Ilya Lyakerman is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax strategies and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and business operations. As a Partner at Weaver from April 2022 to June 2023, Ilya led a team of tax experts and provided sophisticated tax advice, particularly for affluent clients, real estate professionals, and investment fund managers. Prior to this role, Ilya served as a Senior Tax Manager at both Weaver and Levine & Seltzer LLP, contributing to tax compliance and advisory services. Ilya's earlier experience includes senior managerial positions in tax at EY, where complex fund structures were analyzed, as well as a role at Fitch Ratings.
