Prior to Weaver, Jennifer was a Partner and Co-Founder at PJ LLP from January 2018 to November 2021, delivering finance and accounting services to a diverse range of industries including e-commerce and SaaS. Jennifer’s career began at RSM US LLP, where as a Manager in Assurance Services from January 2012 to August 2017, responsibilities included overseeing financial audits for both SEC and private companies, ensuring compliance with stringent accounting standards. Jennifer's early experience as a Staff Auditor at PKF involved financial statement audits and internal controls testing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA and a Certificate in Accounting from UCLA Extension.
