Linc Ashby

Linc Ashby is the Chief Talent Officer at Weaver, a position held since March 2021, focusing on leadership and development in talent management. Prior roles include serving as Director of People Engagement and Learning and Development at City Church Houston from March 2015 to March 2021, and as Community Formation Pastor, overseeing small group ministries. Linc also worked as Assistant Pastor at Oaklawn Presbyterian Church, where engagement in mentorship led to new church leadership, and held the position of Dean of Students at Houston Christian High School, addressing student discipline and academic growth. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Chaplain at The Lovett School and Minister for Students at Christ the King Presbyterian Church, alongside coaching responsibilities at Episcopal High School. Educational achievements consist of a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary.
