Mark Hayden

Mark Hayden, CFA, ASA, CPA, is a managing director at Weaver, leading the firm's valuation services practice on the West Coast and specializing in private investment funds and complex securities. With over three decades of experience in corporate finance, valuation, and forensic accounting, they have held significant roles at prominent firms, including Crowe, Houlihan Lokey, and Deloitte. Mark is an accomplished lecturer in applied mathematics and a co-author of a valuation and modeling book, contributing frequently to discussions on valuation practices. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance at the University of California, Davis, while also working towards a Master of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University.
