Mike Collier is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with over 25 years of experience in audit, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Partner in Transaction Advisory Services focused on Energy and Renewables at Weaver, Mike has been instrumental in fostering client success. Prior to this role, Mike was the Managing Director at Duff & Phelps, where responsibilities included guiding clients in responsible investments related to the global energy future. Mike's extensive background includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Layline Petroleum, a candidate for Texas Lt. Governor and Texas State Comptroller, and a partner at PwC, where leadership in energy mergers and acquisitions was a key focus. Mike holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
