Patrick L. Brown

Patrick L. Brown, CPA, serves as Partner of Quality & Risk Management at Weaver since October 2019, specializing in domestic and multinational auditing, internal control systems, risk management, and mergers due diligence. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director of Inspections at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) from 2010 to 2019, managing inspections of registered public accounting firms for compliance with regulations. Brown also held the position of Regional Managing Partner - Quality at RSM US LLP from 1995 to 2010, overseeing global auditing and assurance services across various industries. Earlier roles include Accounting and Internal Audit Manager at DeKalb Pfizer Genetics Corp. and Audit Supervisor at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Brown holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and a graduate degree in Business Administration from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
