Randi Vaughn

Randi (Mizell) Vaughn, CPA, serves as an Audit Manager at Weaver since August 2019, specializing in external audit services for governmental entities, including municipalities, counties, and school districts. Previous roles at Weaver include Audit Supervisor, Senior Audit Associate, Audit Associate II, and Audit Associate. Randi gained further experience as a Midstream Accounting Intern at Southwestern Energy and as an Audit Intern at Weaver. Prior internships include positions at Southwestern Energy and Parkman Whaling LLC, where Randi worked as an E&P Services Accounting Intern and a Financial Analyst Intern, respectively. Randi holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Sam Houston State University.
