Rhonda Warren

Rhonda Warren is the Governance, Risk and Compliance Director at Weaver, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Rhonda served as the Director of Risk Advisory Services at BDO USA, LLP from 2014 to 2025 and held various roles including Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Controller at Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC from 2009 to 2013. Rhonda began their career as a Senior Manager in Audit at KPMG from 1994 to 2007 and later worked as the Internal Audit Manager for Operations at Tesoro from 2007 to 2009. Rhonda earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University, graduating in 1994.
