Sharyl David

Sharyl David serves as the Managing Director of Valuation Services at Weaver since January 2024, contributing to the firm’s nationally recognized commitment to client success. With over 25 years of corporate finance experience, Sharyl has completed more than 1,500 valuations, previously holding the position of Managing Director at Equity Business Valuations and Director at Moss Adams, where leadership of the Northern California business valuation group was a primary responsibility. As a committee member of the National ESOP Valuation Advisory Committee since May 2013, Sharyl supports educational initiatives related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Sharyl holds an MBA in Finance from Seattle University, a BA in Finance from Western Washington University, and professional designations including ASA and CFA.
