Mel Weaver serves as the chairman of the building and land planning team at YWAM Orlando, Florida, a position held since 2012. Previously, Mel advised on mission building projects locally and internationally with PA Mission Builder from 1998 to 2011. Additionally, Mel has been the CEO and founder of Weaver Companies, Inc. since 1973, focusing on coaching. Mel is currently pursuing education at the elementary level.
