Ronja Rowedda

Ronja Rowedda is currently involved in People & Culture at Web Computing GmbH, where they focus on enhancing organizational culture. They previously worked as a Student Assistant in the HR department at WESSLING and completed internships in human resources at Alliance Automotive Group Germany and Offener Ganztag - Regenbogenschule. Ronja earned a Bachelor's degree in International Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, where they developed a passion for intercultural understanding. Prior to that, they obtained a Fachabitur in Social Sciences from Hermann-Emanuel-Berufskolleg des Kreises Steinfurt.
