Michael Norlund has a strong background in analytics and digital analysis. Michael began their career in 2002 as a Market Analyst at Expressen, working on optimizing newspaper distribution and utilizing the SAS forecast model. Michael then became a Marketing and Sales Analyst at Expressen, where they worked from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they joined AB Kvällstidningen Expressen as a Web Analyst and later became the Head of Research. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Digital Analyst at an Association and then transitioned to Sveriges Radio as a Digital Analyst. In 2016, they joined Creuna as a Digital Analyst and worked there until 2019 when they joined Web Guide Partner as the Head of Analytics.

Michael Norlund obtained a Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, and Social from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Michael has also obtained two certifications from Google. In 2016, they received the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and in 2022, they acquired the Google Analytics 4 Certification.
