Ulrika Molin has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ulrika started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at MultiConsulting in 1999, where they planned marketing campaigns and negotiated with Microsoft for a strategic partnership. Ulrika then joined BTS as a Consultant from December 2000 to November 2001.
In 2002, Ulrika worked as a Consultant at INgroup and later became a Project Manager at Svenska Kunskapsförlaget AB from November 2002 to July 2004. Ulrika then founded and owned LluviadeArroz.com, a successful wedding-planning website for Argentina, where they created the entire site and business model. Ulrika operated the website from July 2006 to February 2013.
Moving forward, Ulrika became a Consultant at Godsmak.se, an online food delivery service, where they created the business plan and marketing communication from April 2004 to July 2004. Ulrika then worked at Eurobasic Marketing as a Project Manager responsible for new sales and marketing from August 2004 to October 2005.
Ulrika joined Web Guide Partner as a Nordic Sales Executive and Project Manager from March 2012 to October 2013. Ulrika returned to the same company in 2017 as a Senior Consultant from August 2017 to March 2018. Ulrika then served as the Director of SEO from March 2018 to March 2019 and subsequently became the Director of Business Development starting from April 2019.
In addition to their corporate roles, Ulrika Molin also held a prominent position as the Chairperson of the Swedish School Nairobi from May 2014 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, development, educational quality control, and leading the board work for the private school.

Ulrika Molin obtained their Master's degree in Leadership and Marketing from Uppsala University, which they pursued from 1994 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued French Language and Literature at Institut catholique de Paris from 1993 to 1994.
