Web Service Award is a Swedish company which has been in the market since 1999. We have been working with website surveys since the beginning. Our business concept is to offer a quality assured method for measuring strengths and weaknesses of a website, and to be able to conduct comparable measurements of similar websites.

For every Web Service Index survey completed our knowledge of the actual visitors' opinions in many diverse fields grows. By assembling all this information by industry our customers are given the opportunity of drawing from this enormous body of knowledge based on answers from hundreds of thousands of visitors to the websites of companies, government agencies, organizations and municipalities. The information gathered from all these surveys gives us a fantastic insight into the trends, technology, visitors' needs and various possible pitfalls.
